      When we recieve client 3D drawing , our Engeering Department analysis the drawing at first , to ensure that the characteristics of each place we can process and do not missing t characteristics of product , then , they will start programming .Read more>>

      After the program editor , our engeer input the program into CNC machine , this product need turn over 6 surface to processing , During this period , we need continute to inject some oil into the surface of the product , in order to achieve cooling effect . This product in the CNC machine needs 30 hours to process .Read more>>

      When the product is process complete on machine and removed the from machine , we’ll clean it , and take the further finish processing , such as polish . After the completion of all processing .
